These notes were gathered through conversation regarding
the Accords of Avalon as compiled by Sir Tivorak Nobel, Knight of the Kingdom of
Evendarr, during an open discussion ceremony while attending His Majesty against
the crowns adversary in the Dreadmark in July of the year 603 by Evendarr
Reckoning.
Sainrith Mactriath – Isendorn, Stonegate, Hawthornes
Bluff
* suggest adding honesty to the code of
chivalry.
Nikita Darkstrider – Duchy of Tyrangel, Kingdom of
Evendarr
* suggests kidnapping and slavery be equal
punishment for noble and non-noble.
Shoshoto Ruinvorn – Ambassador for Draelonde
* suggests that a method be implemented to
monitor that proper actions were taken if any justice dispensation were to be
given to the persons lodging a complaint against the noble dispensing justice.
* suggests tha addition of ‘the nation which
loses the war loses the grievance’. Doesn’t want to see some of the bigger
nation walk over the smaller nations.
Kodgen MAcado – Hawthornes Bluff;
* Has requested a copy of all maps sent to
him. He is instructed to travel to the Royal Academy of Arcane Arts and Sciences
to gather the maps he requires.
* suggests adding a tenant to allow non-nobles
a method to lodge a complaint against nobles.
* suggests allowing the Avalon council to deny
any entity form going to war unless they say it is ok.
Grey of Elan will make the King of Elan available to
review the Accords of Avalon by October of 2003.
Sir Liam Andreus – Therendry
* Requested the rules of honor for non-noble
that desire to engage in honor combat over an issue that cannot be resolved by
any other means.
Nightshine – has requested that I take some time to
read the external pages marked : undead conspiracy.
Toad Damashay – Kingdom of Elan
* Suggests the punishment for slavery should
be tougher. i.e. loss and death..
* suggest that in all cases of monetary
payment for punishments, that all coin go to the victims if any.
* Scribed a map of Hadran-Valoria Empire,
which is just west of the Shimmerglen forest.

Ambassador Tenendyl Silvermoor – Quentari
Note – also speaking for Lord chancellor of Draelonde, the
imperial chamberlain Y’rlie, and Prince of Dreadmark, and Jontarius.
* Seeks clarification of the amount of work
that equates to a coin. Remove statement ‘equal to x days work by craftsmen’.
* seeks removal of prostration of person to
show respect for nobility.
* requests that we designate the other
tribunals mentioned and define their responsibilities and to assure that they
are all balanced in their responsibilities and authorizations.
* Confederation states must always stand with
each other in times of war.
* suggests that there should be other methods
to rectify issues between confederated states other than WAR.
* suggests ambassadors be treated as nobles,
to curb eliminate disrespect being show to them by nobles & commoners alike.
* all arcane arts should be shared /
contributed to all - both Mundane and Magical if not all, then at least a
minimum of sharing should be established.
* there should be written ways for a nation to
be added to the confederation.
* suggests adding a tenant to the code of
chivalry in which directs the nobels to teach the weak not to be weak.
* there should be a way to remove a nation
from the confederation. Like 2 nationas that say they want it and all nations
must agree.
Grey – Elan
* suggests the addition of Marquee, which is
similar to a magistrate
* believes that consideration should be made
for crimes
* suggests that slavery not be tolerated and
be strictly punished.
Sir Bramus Prayer- Ackliceum
* suggests that nobles and authority figures
be held to higher standards.
* suggests the removal of the hands on the
ground to show respect fort nobles.
* doesn’t see any major issues with the
accords
Calypso Bovar – Baddira
* expressed joy at the joining of the nations
and what the accords mean.
* believes that the punishments may be a bit
off balance. Nobles should be held to a higher accountability for their crimes.
* suggests removal of prostration for showing
respect. Prefers a kneel and an accountability on nobles to recognize and show
respect to those whom show respect
* suggests education of nobles regarding other
cultures.
Shathira Shadowclaw
* Many punishments for violating laws are too
harsh.
* nobles should be punished more so than
others for committing crimes.
Vladimier Romanoff – Calador – Dragonreach
* suggests adding the recognized cultures
(like Quentari, and Myrr, and Draelonde) to the accords in respect to the
society and laws while Avalon people are in their lands.
Sir Tinker MacWillis – unknown
* suggests that showing respect to the king
and his direct vassals be kneeling and that showing respect to vassals of the
kings vassals be bowing.
* Tinker believes that Katar, another of the
Barons of Baddira, will agree with him on the points he has made.
Tia Darkcloud
* suggests the creation of a single set of
standard noble titles and their authority that are used in all places.
Baron Aglorian Phoenix – Kingdom of Avendale
* Penalties between commoner and noble should
be equated similarly if not much harsher for the noble.
* prefers bowing over kneeling for showing
respect, but not prostration.
* would like tribunals defined
* Wars should be declared by the sovereign of
the state with no permission form outside entities being sought.
* suggests removing all WAR tenants.
* suggests that tenant 4 & 5 of the code are
ambiguous and that they place a visiting noble too much under the command of the
local noble. Does not believe it is so.
* suggests the addition of ‘Regent’ as a Noble
Title within the Accords, whereby the ‘Regent’ is afforded the respect and
authority of the Title held in trust.
