At least 10 Chapters must have confirmed their attendance by January 10, 2003, or the Symposium will be cancelled. Chapters requiring travel support should contact Joseph Valenti immediately at neroint@aol.com.

  • On December 15, 2002, National sent the following contact letter to all chapters.
Hello. I am writing on behalf of National to ask for your help. We are working to put together a Plot  Liaison to National from each chapter. The liaison will deal with plot issues only and will work with National to facilitate plotlines and information transfer. What I'd like is if you could pick a staff person of yours to act as the liaison. The sooner the better so we can make sure everyone is as well informed and part of the creative process as possible. Also, very soon (in the next several days, possibly a week) an updated cosmology document will be made available to the Chapter Liaisons for comment and feedback so we want as many as we can get as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
